When bad things happen to Customer Service –

As an expert in the industry of Customer Service, and having installed many customer service environments over the years , I’m often horribly shocked at how Bad some companies service is- And they still have the audacity to call the department “Customer Service”.

I recently had a customer service experience of note! The Auto attendant went a little like this:
