VASoft enter Mexico- Dec 08
2008 has been a really busy year for VASoft, so much development has transpired allowing opportunities of growth in area's VASoft would never have historically ventured. Mexico like South Africa is an emerging economy and in many ways faces the very same challenges South African's face every day. There is however no shortage of English speaking Mexicans and the hospitality and energy Mexico exudes is enriching and intoxicating. We are pleased to be given the opportunity to be part of this great country.
 

VASoft deliver NOVA- hosted- August 2008
NOVA has been transformed. VASoft always knew that the topography of NOVA was where the products real strength originated and nowhere has it been more realized than in VASoft ability to port NOVA from a Enterprise solution and deliver it in a hosted environment, with all the same core competencies and functionality it had before. This has been a real breakthrough to ensuring inroads into the Global market.

VASoft goes Global- February 2008
After much consideration and deliberation it was determined that VASoft and our customers would benefit considerably by the decision to take our company and its product offering to the global economy. Thus Denise and her family will be off to the USA in April to fulfill the role as General Manager- Global.

VASoft knows this is a tough road ahead and believe that the company is up to the challenge.

Tamaya Press Release: Dec 07
"VASoft is very pleased to announce to our existing customers and prospective customers that Tamaya is now in its testing phase and should be released in early January 08. Tamaya has been developed to replace the dialing component in our existing Fusion application and to ensure that our customers are able to access and benefit from the additional speed dialing capabilities that Tamaya offers.

We felt that Fusion was restrictive in its design, and although catered very well as a back office application that allowed for numerous and important field verification, it could be cumbersome in its approach to the way it managed the data and the data retrieval. Tamaya clears the way not only for better data management within Fusion, but also for our clients with their own in-house data applications.

Tamaya has ensured that all the difficult Telephony database work is done by the telephony application and not the back office application. This means that the connections are smoother, faster and can be managed and queued if need be. Tamaya now allows our clients to enter into the world of predictive dialing, without the wasting of leads and to ensure that all information and work can be scheduled accordingly.

VASoft sees Tamaya as a breakthrough advancement for both inbound and outbound operations and anticipates our clients being able to see a marked increase in their dialing speeds, which terminate in a connected call".
