Steps to a Successful Implementation:


1. Needs Determination and Outcome Requirements
Our VASoft account manager will help create a solution to exactly meet your requirements.
Deliverables to you may include a Scope of the project, A Process Flow document, a Needs Analysis and an Outcomes Requirements.

2. Project Initiation
The VASoft team will present the Outcome requirements for your approval and may include a Project Plan, Site Preparation Guides, and a Maintenance Agreement.

3. System Implementation
The VASoft team and your IT project manager will help to verify the completion of your site preparation. The VASoft technical team will be involved in preparing the system configuration and testing of your custom designed solution,

4. Installation and Training

The VASoft or a certified dealer will install equipment and any purchased hardware components, load software, and perform testing of all systems to your satisfaction. Once system verification is completed, your installation technician will train your users on your new applications.

5. Post-Implementation
 Follow-Up VASoft will make sure everything is running smoothly, and making sure any technical support issues are being directed to our Help Desk Support Team.
