In todays homes and Call Centers it is imperative that our calls are recorded.  To ensure that recordings cannot be tampered with and changed, VASoft have developed our own encryption techniques. This solution stops a person after the recording is complete from deleting sections or recording over segments. It also stops additional recordings from being added into the file.

As your environment grows, it is possible with the use of the NOVA VL/SVL professional version to move all the recordings onto a centralized single storage repository. This can be an automatic process with the introduction of this module.

Often unless we are listening to the conversation again, we can forget about certain key points or actionable to do's. With the ability to record notes that are stored with the voice recording it is easier to retrieve the right call first time. 

The availability of an API is always a plus. VASoft have always ensured that an API  for external applications to incorporate recording information into their application or database is possible. It also allows you to record on demand from your business applications.
