Nova a traditional enterprise Call Center solution encompasses all of our core values and ideologies.
Nova is flexible, scalable, extensible and of course can be implemented in both Inbound and Outbound Call Centers.
Nova is more suitable in a the traditional Call Center, however it can and doesfully integrate with VASoft’s Tamaya SaaS communication platform.

The Voice Platforms offers our clients the ability to change messages real time in a live operating environment, the ability to play IVR messages during and at the end of calls. In addition abandoned calls can be queued, voicemails can be queued as can web chats.
The Nova management system allows you to manage your agents in real time, collaborate with them, take over their screens and depending on the PBX, break into and listen in to conversations live. In addition you can review all calls live and have private coaching sessions.
