The Nova IP Call Center allows you to start small, and to take one step at a time. We know that the call center industry is possibly new to you and can be daunting, and that you have to gain both the skill and the confidence that goes with it. We understand that this investment could be the turning point in your business, but we also know that as your confidence grows so will your requirements, which is why the Nova platform is ideally suited to "breaking the ice", and will allow you to add additional modules in your own time at your own pace and thus turn your call center into a full blown contact center, allowing you to completely manage all your communications effectively on one platform.

Nova IP Call Center is VASoft flagship development application, and like you it’s the area we have spent a devout amount of time, thus allowing us those bragging rights about experience, learning the hard way, banging our head and so on.

However this is to all our customers advantage, we have felt the pain- not them. We have put in the hours- not them and we will share our experience and knowledge willingly.

The Nova IP Call Center application did not start out as a IP product, but as a traditional analogue solution, it then progressed into a digital environment and finally into the IP product it is today. That means, as a customer you get the best advice for the right solution for you, and if that is an analogue offering, and that is the right solution for you, you can feel comfortable in our ability to deliver the analogue solution, not like the VOIP vendor, who had never worked on a telephone line before, has no idea about dial tone and other such terminology. Our experience counts when you want to make use of all the communication channels available to you, which may include SMS, Voice mail (managed), IVR, Auto attendant, Web, dialing engines, headsets, PBX, Least cost Routing to mention a few.

The Nova IP Call Center application can be used as a standalone telephony application, integrated with in house applications or used as a complete turnkey solution.

The Nova IP Call Center application can be used on more than one platform at the same time, so in one operating environment, you could have some agents as home agents, some using Skype toolbars, some using IP toolbars, some using SIP toolbars and even some an analogue phones and toolbars. The agents toolbars all look the same, all offer the same functionality and all report the same information. The Supervisor and manager have all the same management information available to them across the board and in one report- The Call Center report.
